1. Limitation of Liability – Travel Experience & Safety
Volleyball Vacations is not liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, delay, or damage that may occur during travel, resort stays, or participation in volleyball-related or off-site activities. While we work with reputable partners and resorts, guests participate in all activities—on and off the court—at their own risk. This includes, but is not limited to: volleyball games, excursions, water sports, nightlife, and travel to and from the destination.
Guests understand that changes in itinerary, resort amenities, or external conditions (such as weather, natural disasters, or political events) may impact the trip experience. Volleyball Vacations reserves the right to make adjustments as needed for safety or logistical reasons.

2. Limitation of Liability – Use of Website & Online Services
By using our website, social media, or any digital platform, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks associated with digital activity, including privacy vulnerabilities or unauthorized third-party access. Volleyball Vacations is not responsible for data breaches, unauthorized access, or service interruptions due to factors beyond our control.
3. Interruption or Modification of Trip Services
Volleyball Vacations is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to weather, resort decisions, government regulations, health concerns (including pandemics), flight changes, or any other events beyond our control. We reserve the right to alter, postpone, or cancel any aspect of a trip, excursion, or activity for the safety of our guests or logistical reasons.
Refunds or rescheduling options will be provided at our discretion, based on the nature of the interruption and our agreements with third-party vendors.
4. Loss or Damage of Personal Property
Volleyball Vacations is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the trip. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected incidents, including loss of luggage, gear, or valuables.
5. Guest Indemnity
By booking a Volleyball Vacations trip or participating in any of our activities, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Volleyball Vacations and its team—including employees, partners, volunteers, and affiliated pros—from any claims, injuries, damages, or liabilities resulting from your participation, actions, or failure to follow rules and safety guidelines.
6. Volleyball Vacations’ Indemnity
Volleyball Vacations agrees to indemnify and defend you against any third-party claims alleging that our official content, trip design, or branded experiences infringe upon another party’s intellectual property—provided such content was created and distributed by Volleyball Vacations.
7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any legal disputes or claims will be resolved in courts located in New York State. However, Volleyball Vacations retains the right to enforce judgments in other jurisdictions if necessary.
8. Third-Party Vendors & Experiences
Volleyball Vacations partners with third-party vendors (e.g., resorts, transportation services, local guides, excursion operators). We do not control their operations and cannot guarantee their performance. You agree to abide by their terms and assume any risks associated with third-party experiences.
We are not responsible for injuries, changes, or service issues related to third-party activities. You are solely responsible for complying with any contracts, waivers, or regulations presented by those vendors.
9. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
All trip payments must be made according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking. Missed payments may result in forfeiture of your spot and/or applicable cancellation fees.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of group travel, accommodations, and event planning, all deposits are non-refundable. Refunds for additional payments may be issued on a limited basis, depending on the timing and nature of your cancellation. Full terms can be found in our Trip Payment & Cancellation Policy.
If you wish to transfer your spot to another participant, please contact us in writing. Transfer approvals are subject to availability and trip timing.
10. Termination of Booking or Participation
Volleyball Vacations reserves the right to remove or deny participation to any guest whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or negatively impacts the experience of others. No refund will be issued in such cases.
11. AI Chatbot – Website Use
Informational Use Only: Our website chatbot is designed to help answer common questions about trips, booking, and experiences. Information provided by the chatbot is for general guidance only and may not be 100% accurate or up-to-date.
No Guarantees or Warranties: Volleyball Vacations does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of chatbot responses. You are responsible for verifying any critical trip information through official communication channels (email, phone, or team contact).
Conduct & Usage: Users are expected to interact respectfully with the chatbot. Abuse, offensive language, or illegal activity may result in blocked access.
Intellectual Property: All chatbot content is owned by Volleyball Vacations. Reproduction or redistribution without permission is prohibited.
12. Summary of Liability Terms
These Terms of Service are designed to limit Volleyball Vacations' liability and clarify that guests participate at their own risk. All guests are expected to understand and accept these terms when booking. Any exceptions must be agreed to in writing and specifically reference the relevant section of this policy.
13. Updates to Terms of Service
Volleyball Vacations may update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website at least 10 business days before going into effect. Continued use of our services after updates indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
